I woke up to the rooster’s crow,
Sun peeking through the broke window.
Make fresh coffee to jump start my day,
before I head out to push start my Chevrolet.
I’m bad at doing great, but, I’m great at doing bad.
It must be good to have bad luck, cause that’s all I’ve ever had.
The little things are my biggest problems, like a pebble in my boot.
But I’m just happy with my sad life, n wouldn’t trade it with any…of you.
Had my share of hard times, lord knows it ain’t been smooth.
Missing rent when the bills are piled high, truck payment’s way past due.
My tab at the bar, tin roof looks like stars, I probably got more problems than you,
but this game of life ain’t for everyone, and I’m sure as hell not gonna lose.
